KVKK (Data Protection) Clarification Text

1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('KVKK'), your personal data may be processed by Verra Covers in the capacity of data controller within the scope described below.
2. Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Processing
Your identity (name, surname) and contact (phone, e-mail, installation address) information are processed for the purposes of conducting price quote processes, setting up free measurement appointments, and providing our products/services to you seamlessly.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your collected personal data is never shared with any unauthorized third parties or marketing agencies, except for legal obligations. It may only be shared with our authorized field teams for the purpose of planning delivery and installation processes.
4. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request its deletion. You can submit your requests in writing to info@verracovers.com.
